Hello! By clicking the link, you want to learn a little more about me! (I like that, you are very smart)
Here you go…
I have the exciting opportunity this year to move into another phase of my career. I am now the instructional technology specialist at Braswell High school in Denton ISD. I get to help teachers find new and exciting ways to incorporate technology in their classroom. It is going to be a great adventure!
I am entering my 18th year of teaching with the last 10 being at Wakeland High School in Frisco. I am in my last semester as doctoral student at Texas A&M with a research focus of effective online teaching methods. I firmly believe when used appropriately, technology is an outstanding tool to engage students. Through this website I hope to post some interesting information, some of my own thoughts and I hope to hear from you. I believe we can all learn something from each other, so feel free to drop an email.
My wife, Amanda, and I celebrated our 15th anniversary this year, she is an elementary principal. We have a son, Braxton, who is the light of our lives. He is in 2nd grade this year; we can’t believe how fast the time has gone so far. We have a few furry children, Ryleigh (the older dog), Spock (the cat) and Lucy (the younger dog).
